ACIG Consulting Completes Project for Large Metal Production Company in Russia

ACIG Consulting implemented a project for development of a corporate value model for one of the largest Russia company in the field of metal working and supply of rolled aluminum stock in May and June 2015.

Unlocking of the corporate identity, specifically, unique features of its corporate culture uniting the employees and shaping of a new corporate ideology to support achievement of strategic goals of the company, is the mission for the project.

This project involves certain trainings, facilitation and coaching sessions with the management, changes in business processes, and other internal corporate changes. This activity program will be put to practice in 2015 and 2016 with the participation of ACIG consultants.
