ACIG Group of Companies Completes Project Ordered by Development Fund of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra
In September 2015, the Department for Management of Change jointly with RANEPA completed a project on cost-benefit analysis of engineering, construction, and operation of the perinatal centre in Surgut. Works were performed by order of the Development Fund of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. Experts of the Department for Management of Change analyzed different variations of project execution including the model of public and private partnership, taking into account impact of micro economic risks on project financial aspects.
Experts have elaborated a financial economic model describing approaches to project execution for the long-term perspective (till 2024), in case of possible changes of micro economic conditions. Thanks to financial economic model it became possible to make quantitative and qualitative cost-benefit analysis of different approaches to the scheduled construction of the perinatal centre in Surgut. Conclusion based on the analysis results, prepared by experts of the Department for Management of Change, confirmed that selection of the model of public and private partnership for project execution was optimal.
