ACIG Group of Companies Participates in Discussion of Youth Work Systems

A joint meeting of the Supervisory Board of Unilever and the Managers Association took place at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on June 20, 2016 on the following theme: "New education formats for the "Y" generation: viewpoint of business and the regulator. Those companies and organizations that support Unilever’s commitment to effective dialogue and the continuous development of strategies for working with young people were invited to participate in the event.

 During the meeting opened by Deputy Minister of Education and Science Minister Veniamin Kaganov representatives of the leading universities, companies and government agencies discussed how to deal with today's students, and what is not enough for business in the education system.

 Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ACIG Group of Companies, Victor Tolmachev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at ACIG Group of Companies, Aleksander Plakida and Member of the Management Board at ACIG Group of Companies, Managing Director of the Sustainable Future of Russia Platform for young professionals, Aleksey Shipov participated in the discussion.

According to participants of the round table, formation of a new generation of future leaders is possible only with the help of joint efforts that can make a serious a contribution to the complex and at the same time sustainable economic development in Russia.

The event was the first installation meeting of the Supervisory Board formed to create an open platform for multilateral on order to allow the community involved to carry out the work on problematic issues and identify opportunities for further improvements. Further work of the Council will be focused on the achievement of these objectives.
