ACIG Presents Sustainable Future of Russia Platform at Best Social Projects in Russia Program
The results of the annual national program Best Social Projects in Russia were summed up on 2 March. The program is supported by the Government of Moscow, Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Department of Natural Resource Management and Environmental Protection of Moscow. The program was established to support the social policy based on partnership between the state, society and private business, and the projects participating in the program are the best practice in the field of social responsibility.
Members of several large-scale businesses presented their projects and exchanged their opinions on the topic of corporate social responsibility in the Russian business at the conference.
Aleksey Shipov, Member of the Board at ACIG and Managing Director of the Sustainable Future of Russia platform, appeared at the business conference, entitled Innovative Models of Social Engineering, in the follow-up of the program. Mr. Shipov talked about the significance of awareness both in choosing one’s profession and in staffing, specified some major priorities in recruitment, discussed several problems of staff records management and several ways to handle them with the help of the Sustainable Future of Russia platform in his report, entitled Awareness as a Key Factor of Personal and Corporate Development.
“The issue of values, complications, necessity to supervise potential candidates, understanding of what kind of candidate is actually required––these are all the issues that the platform tackles,” Mr. Shipov said, explaining the significance of the platform.
“The answer to the question what social projects are for companies: patronage or business model, is an entire foundation, philosophy, culture. Moreover, it is certainly the foundation for the business model that we are all building. Why does ACIG Group of Companies need the platform? The answer is that we do care,” he said.
