ACIG Supervisory Board Chair Tolmachev Participates in Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Convention
Convention of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was held during the Russian Business Week with the participation of Vladimir Putin, Government officials, and heads of the Russian regions. Viktor Tolmachev, Chair of the Supervisory Board of ACIG Group of Companies, took part in this Convention of the largest Russian civic organization promoting interests of business communities.
Russian President Putin delivered his speech for the Convention participants. He talked about the necessity to extend tax relieves for businessmen. “Further expansion of liberties for business is the best response to all external challenges and restrictions. This is why we will certainly carry on creating maximum facilities for those willing to invest into the Russian economy and industry, development of technologies and innovative employments,” he said.
Mr. Tolmachev said that the issue of increasing the inflow into the budgets of all levels is important in the current economic conditions, which is why supporting businesses requires ever more attention. “The recent activities in the area of so called amnesty of capital may have a significant impact on improvement of the business environment in Russia. Said measures as well as establishment of the bailout fund can support both large-scale and small businesses in the current complicated times,” he said.
In conclusion, Aleksandr Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, summarized the Russian Business Week 2015 and said that conferences, discussions and roundtable meetings about important areas of interaction between the state and business, specifically, elaboration of professional standards, cooperation with Asian-Pacific states, removal of administrative barriers, risks in the financial and banking fields, development of the system of technical regulations, had been held during this Week.
