Aleksey Shipov to Talk about Human Capital Development Live

Member of the Board of ACIG Group of Companies, Managing Director of Sustainable Future of Russia platform for young talented professionals and expert in the field of raising performance of public and private sectors Aleksey Shipov will speak live in the talk show Faktor Uspekha (English: Success Factor) on 31 July at 10 am on the invitation of SAP where he will talk about application of SAP software products in development of personal and professional competences of young talents.

An internal social network for the platform participants based on the cloud solution Success Factors developed by SAP has been in operation since 2015. Young people interact with experts and each other and create communities for project activities there. Their personal and professional competences are evaluated, educational events are organized, and informational materials for self-tuition are distributed in Success Factors.

Mr. Shipov will give an account of his experience in development of young human resources in Russia through involvement of talented youth into implementation of initiatives of social significance live. Young people from different regions have been proposing their ideas, meeting their potential partners, and visiting educational arrangements at the platform events and activities for over four years now.
