Director of Audit and IFRS Maksim Skorokhodov Speaks at Seminar on State Defense Order

The fourth seminar ‘‘How to use new functions and form cooperation among regulatory authorities in the field of the State Defense Order’’ has taken place in Moscow. Problematic issues of opening, closing and maintenance of special accounts, mechanisms for monitoring the use of budget funds in the context of the State Defense Order, requirements for the expenditure of funds and law enforcement practice." The event was organized by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce.

Speaker, Director of Audit Department and IFRS Maksim Skorokhodov told participants about the organization of the internal control system at enterprises in accordance with the SDO contracts. The expert told about all stages of SDO in detail, noted main possible violations at each of them and outlined the key areas of protection of SDO performers. In the context of the report, Maksim Skorokhodov also analyzed different approaches to accounting results of business activity operations when performing SDO.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the RF Ministry of Defense, the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, as well as the largest public corporations and private business structures. During the two days participants received the most useful information and were able to discuss topical issues that occur in practice. Both days were filled with expert presentations that allowed successfully implement tasks of rising the level of participants’ skills.
