Moscow Hosts Spring HR Branding Conference 2015
The conference was held on 12 March 2015. Leading industry experts were among its participants.
How to properly meet major challenges of 2015 most, how to be useful for business and to grow professionally against the background of uncertainty, how to work with the team and company’s chief executives in the time of crisis are the issues discussed by the conference participants.
Event speakers––experienced professionals in HR and communications––presented some practical tools for tackling various problems against the current economic conditions and talked about how HR branding can help companies in developing and bringing in new employees.
“The conference gave its participants an opportunity to communicate with their colleagues, share their experience and opinions, discover new interesting ideas useful for HR professionals in their activities,” Olga Koksheneva, Head of the Department for Personnel Solutions in the Human Resources Division at ACIG, said. She took part in the conference.
HR Brand 2014 award results were announced at the conference, and its finalists presented the most significant projects of the award contest.
“It is satisfying that it is the companies who have been developing social and charity projects for many years which are among the award winners. These projects provide workplaces for handicapped people, internships for students and orphanage leavers,” she said.
