Path to Success: ACIG Group of Companies Joins Career Fair in the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia

ACIG Group of Companies and the Sustainable Future of Russia Platform for Young Professionals joined Path to Success career fair held in the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in late November.  

Students of Moscow universities visited the fair in the PFUR to learn about career opportunities and choose a dream job. The fair was attended by delegates of major Moscow companies including experts from ACIG Group of Companies. To specifically help those who had not yet decided on which career to pursue, experts of ACIG Group of Companies and the Sustainable Future of Russia Platform developed a career aptitude test. In addition to the results that
helped the young people better grasp their preferences and possibilities, the experts provided feedback to them by listing suitable vacant positions in the companies.   

Participation of ACIG Group of Companies in the career fair clearly manifested corporate values of the organization, as well as personal approach to both employees and to job applicants. Executive Director of the Platform Dmitry Lenkevich hosted an expert workshop and introduced young job seekers to core skills for successful employment. In his view, the Platform for Young Professionals is a great way to build a successful career. "The main advantage is the ability to express your idea and turn it into a real project under the leadership of reputable and recognized experts. It also enables to acquire the successful applicant’s skills and to become truly demanded in the labor market," commented Dmitry Lenkevich.

Yet we recall that the Sustainable Future of Russia Platform for Young Professionals brings together young leaders of the country, lays down the grounds for their self-realization and generates the succession pool. This is the way to prove oneself, implement a personal project or become an employee of one of the largest Russian or international companies. Among the partners are for-profit organizations, public authorities, leading universities and representatives of the expert community. The annual cycle of the Platform activities has the three stages: qualifying, educational and final. Notably, the award ceremony is held as part of the Gaidar Forum, one of the biggest economic events in the country.
