ACIG Group of Companies takes part in the 2nd International Conference "New Approaches to Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan"

On April 5, the 2nd International Conference "New Approaches to Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan" took place in Dushanbe (the Republic of Tajikistan).

The discussion focused on the development outlook for the international cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan at a new stage of integration processes evolution in the Eurasian region.

Among key speakers at the Conference were the representatives of executive and legislative authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, non-commercial organizations and business community. Enjoying the status of a partner in the dialogue of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the experts of the ACIG Group of Companies took part in the work of the Conference.

In their presentation on "The Role of International Cooperation in the Integration Processes in the CIS", ACIG experts noted that the strengthening of the commercial, economic and industrial cooperation between constituent entities of the Russian Federation and regions of the Republic of Tajikistan is an integral part of cooperation between these two countries, contributes significantly to the development of a wide range of multilateral relations and helps shaping the spirit of good neighbourliness. "Government agreement on cooperation between the regions of the Russian Federation and the Repiublic of Tajikistan signed in 2012 is a major contributor. At the present time, the Intergovernmental Program on Economic Cooperation for 2011-2014 is being actively implemented and we have to acknowledge that the bilateral economic cooperation potential has not been exhausted yet", ACIG experts emphasized.
