ACIG Group of Companies took part in Moscow Personnel-2012 Exhibition
The VIII annual exhibition Personnel Moscow-2012 was held at the CEC Expocentre during the period of April 18-19 within the Innovative Russia-2012 week.
The exhibition became a modern platform fully covering the personnel management market. The leading Russian and foreign HR field representatives took part in the event. They shared their expertise of a successful HR-practice in the form of reports and discussions within round tables.
A round table named “To Find and Hire the Best. 10 lessons by Brian Tracey” whose moderator was Valery Polyakov, Vice President of APSC was devoted to the analysis of a popular publication by Brian Tracey and to the discussion of questions that arose in the course of the discussion and were connected with difficulties in personnel recruitment. The round table participants considered new methods in personnel recruitment, discussed approaches to the organization of s systemic corporate training, evaluation of efficiency of personnel recruitment consultants’ work with social networks as well as other issues connected with the effective work of the company employees.
The issues concerning the physical and psycho-emotional health of employees, healthy corporate culture, and assurance of security and comfort at a working place became the key subjects for a round table named “Corporate Health: Quality Environment as a Guarantee for Employees’ Effective Work” organized by the International Business Training Association (IBTA).
Olga Vodyanova, Director of the Human Resources Consulting Department of ACIG Group of Companies took an active part in the round table discussions. The expert emphasized the importance of round tables organized within the exhibition:
“The following subjects of round tables were chosen: an effective recruitment and healthy company corporate culture that include numerous factors and criteria are the most topical issues at present. Recruitment is one of the key areas of HR company units. The quality of personnel recruited considerably influences the company operating efficiency in general that is why discussions on this topic were very useful for consultants from various companies.
Health of the company corporate culture is one of the important constituent elements of the company HR brand. It is more and more difficult to keep highly talented experts without the implementation of this element.”
