Anton Chuklin, Board Member of ACIG Group of Companies, participates in the meeting dedicated to development of innovation territorial clusters
The meeting dedicated to development of innovation territorial clusters took place in Kazan on March 5, 2014. Among its participants were Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Fomichev, State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Andrei Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Gleb Nikitin, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Povalko, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Ravil Zaripov, deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Anton Chulkin, Board Member of ACIG Group of Companies and Deputy Executive Director of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, as well as representatives of the member regions of the AIRR.
During the meeting, the participants discussed territorial innovation clusters as a basis of innovative activity infrastructure, as well as prospects for the development of engineering centres and efficient practices for forming territorially concentrated structures, which host industrial enterprises and companies engaged in scientific high-tech research. Oleg Fomichev, Andrei Ivanov, Gleb Nikitin and Aleksandr Povalko presented their reports within the framework of the meeting. Following its results, a number of recommendations has been formed facilitating further development of regional development associations, which are significant growth points of Russian economy.
