Experts of ACIG Group of Companies to take part in the Autumn Campus of the Presidential Academy

"Autumn Campus of the Presidential Academy: Development of Entrepreneurial Skills" will take place on November 11-15 at the RANEPA’s Krasnogorsk Branch.

Within the framework of the studying curriculum, the ACIG experts will host several workshops, subjects of which were defined by the challenges faced by the participants - the development of an effective business model and the creation of attractive investment projects.

Thus, Tatyana Pavilova, Deputy Director of the HR Consulting Department of ACIG, will host a seminar on the topic "HR Management in a Start-up: Main Risks" for the Students of the Department of Youth Innovative Entrepreneurship, during which the participants will examine the issues of HR planning, allocation of functions and stages developing a competitive team.

ACIG experts Inga Belyaeva, Anna Makarova, Elena Eremina and Yuri Fedyukin will tell the students about the stages of business ideas development, trends in generating the companies’ marketing strategies, psychological characteristics of different types of organizations, ways of efficient communicate with the clients, key features of financial planning and tax policy selection.

Business Coaches of ACIG Group of Companies Viktoria Zavadski and Konstantin Baransky will hold a series of training sessions oriented on developing skills of effective presentation preparation and public speaking, as well as intra-group interaction.
