HR Director of ACIG Group of Companies Olga Vodyanova takes part in the meeting of the Business Club of "Upravlenie Personalom" journal

On September 26, a regular meeting of the Business Club of "Upravlenie Personalom" (Human Resources Management) journal took place. Representatives of recruiting agencies, development directors and top managers of the leading Russian companies took part in the event. HR Director of the ACIG Group of Companies Olga Vodyanova was invited to this meeting as well.

The meeting was held in the form of a discussion moderated by the Editor in Chief of "Upravlenie Personalom" journal Aleksandr Goncharov.

The key topic of the discussion was meritocracy, namely leaders’ impact on the development of a company and business in general. The following issues were addressed at the meeting:

• team building for effective business;
• formal and informal leaders: their differences and impact on the team;
• changes in the labour market;
• salary expectations of top managers.

At the meeting business mechanisms implemented at the leading corporations in terms of effective management models as exemplified by Apple and Ford were addressed.
