International Conference "Medicine and Sport: New Challenges" to take place on April, 23
On April 23, 2013, an international conference "Medicine and Sport: New Challenges" will take place with the framework of the ongoing discussion platform "Efficient Health Care".
The event is organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with the support of the Business Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
ACIG Group of Companies is the Conference operator.
The main topics of the Conference are determined by the requests of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation aimed at mass and student sport development; proper medical and social security, social insurance of sportsmen and those actively engaged in sport; forming infrastructure for sports, recreation and rehabilitation objects.
The participants of the vent will be heads of federal and regional ministries and government agencies, extrabudgetary social security funds, sports federations, public sports organizations, as well as representatives of the Olympic committee and famous sportsmen.
The key topics of the discussion will be as follows:
- relevant objectives of the mass, student and family sport; sports medicine in "sport for everyone";
- social security and social insurance for sportsmen;
- sports medicine infrastructure (sports health centres, sports facilities, educational institutions, rehabilitation centres);
- innovation-based development in "sport for everyone": basics of the personalized medicine of the future;
- recent trends in remedial gymnastics.
As always, the discussion results will be summarized and submitted as proposals for consideration to the field-specific federal executive and legislative bodies.
