Lecture by the Head of ACIG HR Department Olga Vodyanova to take place at the RANEPA

On March 30, a lecture "How to Find a Job and Find Yourself at this Job. First Steps towards Your Future Career" will take place at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Head of HR Department of ACIG Group of Companies Olga Vodyanova will tell the 4th- and 5th-year students what steps should be made towards professional self-realization, advise how to prepare for a job interview, how to find an appropriate company and yourself at this company and how to promptly integrate into a new team.

Investments in human capital and qualifications are the key source of the country’s economic growth. One of the government’s priority tasks is to create efficient and, therefore, properly paid jobs. Interaction between employers, investors and institutions of professional education and establishment of affordable and accessible advanced training mechanisms are the prerequisite conditions.

In her lecture, Ms Vodyanova will focus on the following topics:

• selecting a company;
• presenting your business qualities to the employer;
• using theoretical knowledge in practice;
• prompt integration into a new team.
