The international conference "Viable Healthcare: Corporate Social Responsibility" will take place at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on April 23, 2014

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova, the First Deputy Head of the Business Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Sergey Kovalev, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Sergey Belyakov and the Deputy Director General, the Director for Relations and Communications of the JSC SUEK, the President of the Fund of Socio-Economic Support of Regions "SUEK FOR REGIONS" are invited to take part in the discussion. In addition, the Managing Director for Russia & CIS at the Johnson & Johnson LLC, Head of the Representative Office of the Janssen Pharmaceuticals N.V., the Partner, the Global Health Executive and Head of Healthcare UK&I for the EY company Gary Howe and the Adviser on Health and Work for the Department of Health of the United Kingdom Carol Black will deliver speeches at the event. Representatives of the federal and regional executive authorities, the major state and private business entities, leading Russian and international experts in the sphere of healthcare will also take part in the discussion.

The goals of the Conference are: to analyze the role of the state and private business entities in providing health of the working population of Russia and discussion of the perspective directions of development of industrial medicine.

The program of the event includes two sessions devoted to the state policy on organizing and financing healthcare services in different sectors of national economy and the models for optimizing the costs of industrial enterprises on providing healthcare services to working population. The conference will include an open discussion, during which the participants will be introduced to the best departmental and regional practices in this field and summarize the key points for practical implementation of high-priority and progressive programs in the field of providing healthcare services for working population.

The event is organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the Business Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, assisted by the Non-profit Organization "Fund of Socio-Economic Support of Regions "SUEK FOR REGIONS", EY, Janssen, the ACIG Group of Companies and the Gazprombank JSC.
