During the second day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Business Breakfast will take place. It is organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the Business Administration of the President of the Russian Federation with the support of the AIPM Association, Ernst & Young, Johnson and Johnson and Novartis Group of Companies
The meeting participants will examine a number of key issues of the branch; discuss factors of investment attractiveness of Public-Private Partnership projects in health care and necessity of their development necessity; solutions for overcoming barriers on the way to the nation’s health, mechanisms for building dialogue between end consumer and producers of medical services.
Panos Kanavos, Reader in International Health Policy of the Department of Social Policy of the London School of Economics (LSE) and Programme Director of the Medical Technology Research Group (MTRG) of the LSE Health will act as a moderator of the Business Breakfast.
The discussion participants include representatives of state organizations, ministries, medical institutions, major field-specific foreign companies and the leading experts of health care industry. The Business Breakfast continues a series of events held on the basis of the interactive discussion forum "Efficient Health Care", where the leading experts of public and private institutions on the medical sphere look for the optimal solutions for the domestic health care problems taking into account international experience.
