On May 26-27 Alliance Consulting Investment Group ACIG took part in Tomsk innovative Forum INNOVUS-2011
On May 26-27 the 14th Tomsk innovative forum INNOVUS-2011 was held, that is the annual communicative area of the federal level of realization’s discussion of Innovative development of the RF Strategy for the period till 2020.
The Forum opened the discussion club “How to launch the innovative economy in Russia?”. The discussion was oriented on the aims and tasks’ discussion of Innovative development strategy in Russia till 2020 year and the leading forces of the innovative economy. The appearance of the Strategy demands from the innovative process’ participants to look at the problem of the launch of innovative economy in a new way – to redefine the role of the federal centre, the regions (especially the innovative ones), the development institutes, business, research organizations and universities, the international partners.
The speakers were: S. Naryshkin, Head of the Presidential Administration; Vladimir Mau, Rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RPANEPA), Member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR); V.M. Kress, The governor of Tomsk region, chairman of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia.
Moreover, Jerome Engel, the founder and director of the School of Business UC Berkeley, the general partner of «Monitor Venture Partners», director of the program "Creation of new venture capital firms and venture capital," Business School Walter A. Haas, University of California at Berkeley (USA) ; O.B. Alekseev, vice-president of the "Skolkovo", Chief Executive Officer of Education and Research; A.C.Ponomarev, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of RF; L.V.Kuznetsov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, a member of the Association of innovative regions of Russia (AIRR); A.V.Nowak, Deputy Minister of Finance; Itay Zhetelny, Partner of Ernst & Young Israel, Chairman of the Expert Group of the global initiative in the field of "green technologies"; D.V.Konov, President of JSC "Sibur Holding"; S.G. Polyakov, General Director of the Foundation for Promotion of Small Enterprises in Science and Technology; Dorit Golender, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel in Russia; V.A.Tolokonsky, Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Siberian Federal District.
In the context of the Forum INNOVUS-2011, Alliance Consulting Investment Group took part in a closed meeting of the Council Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, which was held under the chairmanship of S.E. Naryshkin, the head of the Presidential Administration.
The meeting approved the work plan for 2011-2012 AIRR, Executive director of AIRR, I.M.Bortnikov emphasized a progress report for the period of the Association, as well as organizational issues were discussed, including the admission of new members of AIRR; moreover, several committees were formed, which will be responsible for the certain activities of the Association.
The round tables and debatable clubs were hold during the Forum, in which the urgent problems and experience in the sphere of innovations were discussed:
“Phenomenon of the innovative environment: triple spiral of cooperation “university-business-power”, “The launch of the innovative economy in the nuclear field: the course of forming the cluster”; “Technological platform as the instrument of the innovative environment forming”; “The environment of the innovative city”; “Building of the regional innovative systems: mechanisms, practice, competitive advantages”; “Seminar for the innovative infrustructure’s representatives” and other arrangements.
The aims and the main tasks of these arrangements’ representatives became the interuniversity and informative cooperation on the base of the joint initiatives, and the exchange of experience and promotion of the innovative drafts. More than three thousand people took part in the Forum INNOVUS-2011.
