Deputy Director of the Department of HR Consulting of ACIG Group of Companies Tatyana Pavilova holds a seminar as part of the Autumn Campus
On November 13 the seminar on HR management in start-up projects was held by the Deputy Director of the Department of HR Consulting of ACIG Group of Companies Tatyana Pavilova within the framework of the Presidential Academy Autumn Campus.
The ACIG Expert told the students about the stages of developing a start-up team, planning personnel requirements, dividing powers and responsibility, regular reassessment of each participant’s contribution in the result and fair distribution of profit. "A genuine partnership is based on respect which in turn is based on justice," Tatyana Pavilova noted. The expert also presented the principles for applying a normative model of business processes to the Autumn Campus participants.
"The most important thing in a start-up is an effective team. Inventing an idea is easy; however, it is essential to find fellow-thinkers. I hope that the knowledge obtained during the lecture will help the guys to pass all stages of team building, avoid typical mistakes and implement outstanding projects. I like that the composition of the Autumn Campus participants is extremely diverse: some of them are already mature entrepreneurs with elaborated business models; the others lack experience but have hot eyes and ambitious plans. I think they will enrich each other," Tatyana Pavilova noted.
