ACIG acts as a co-organizer of the first Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy “The Territory of Opportunities”
ACIG, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan act as the organizers of the Presidential Academy Summer Campus “The Territory of Opportunities - 2012”, which will take place on July 21-29th in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of Russia’s chairmanship in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum, on May 20th – June 5th the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the Second Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM2) and the associated events, the Meeting of APEC Ministers Responsible for Trade and the Ministerial Meeting on Food Security.

The Second All-Russia research and practice conference of accountants
On May 17th the Second All-Russia research and practice conference of accountants was held in Moscow, organized by the International Forum “World Experience and Russian Economy”, the State Duma Committee on budget and taxes, Russian Central bank and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Russian APEC Study Center together with ACIG started the work on the project in the context of preparing for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum in 2012
In 2012 Russia took over chairmanship the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum. Under commission of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov (minutes of February 18, 2011) Russian APEC Study Center was enacted to organize and hold a series of meetings on priority areas of the Russian chairmanship in the APEC Forum in order to discuss possible theses of chairmanship.
