Aleksey Shipov Speaks at SAP Business Conference

Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre hosted SAP Business Conference on 9 April with over 20 sessions and activities for different topics of business development of current importance in Russia.

Platform for young professionals of Russia was one of the speakers at the session, entitled Human Capital Management, about SAP applications in the area of personnel operations. The session participants shared their experience in building corporate communications, individual and professional growth of their employees through relevant IT solutions. Aleksey Shipov, Member of the Board of ACIG and Managing Director of the Platform, talked about the role of information technologies in personnel reserve training and development of the potential of young professionals.

“By developing the Platform, we are shaping a community of young talents who have forward-looking ideas, a desire to develop and a demand for unlocking their potential. Pushing young people ready to promote their projects meet their potential partners interested in new ideas and employees at this unique platform,” he said.

Mr. Shipov presented the opportunities that the Platform participants have, stages of major events of the Platform throughout the year, features of cooperation between project initiators and the expert community.

While the majority of the session participants talked about activities for personnel development, Mr. Shipov talked primarily about the technologies for searching for talented and ambitious young people, their engagement in the processes of economic and social development of the country and its regions. Such people have a high potential and individual competences required for a responsible and conscious choice of their life philosophy and profession. Creating a space where they could garner support is the issue that is addressed by it, Platform representative say.
