The Republic of Bashkortostan hosts the SPIEF session “Russia’s Regions: New Areas of Growth”

The field session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum entitled “Russia’s regions: new areas of growth. Investment in the real sector” took place in Ufa on May 11, 2017. Mikhail Prokudin, the Head of the Division for International Relations at ACIG Group of Companies, joined the session.

Attraction of investment in the real sector of the economy is one of the most important challenges facing the regions. High-tech industrial development, new jobs, and infrastructure expansion will boost competitiveness of the regions.

The attendees discussed the facilities the government provides to stimulate new businesses, and the steps to be taken to attract investment in the real sector.

The event was powered by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Russian Export Centrer, the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, and Roscongress.

We shall recall that ACIG Group of Companies is engaged in development and support of strategic programs for social, economic and innovative development, attraction of investment and development of specific industries for the purpose of sustainable development of territories.
