ACIG experts Olga Vodyanova and Tatyana Pavilova are in the jury of the RANEPA’s contest "Miss Academy"

On October 17 the Moscow branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration hosted the next-to-last stage of the annual contest "Miss Academy". ACIG HR Director Olga Vodyanova and Deputy Director of the Department of HR Consulting Tatyana Pavilova were in the expert jury.

One of the most large-scale and spectacular events – "Miss Academy" – is held annually at all branches of the Presidential Academy. The participants of the competition undergo several stages: a questionnaire, photogenicity and erudition test, test for knowledge of English and writing an essay. Following selection stages, each finalist presenting her region will take part in the All-Russian contest and will try to prove that she is the one who is worth holding the title of the "All-Russian Miss Academy".

Within the framework of the previous selection stage the participants presented a short and informative autobiographical story and answered the questions of the jury. The experts assessed presentation and communication skills of the girls and their ability to argue and reasonably defend their position when answering the question.

"According to the interviews, 8 girls have been selected who managed to present their opinions on the given topic in the most comprehensive manner", Olga Vodyanova noted.

The final of the Contest is to take place on November 29, 2013.
