On April 20 Alliance Consulting Investment Group ACIG took part in the conference "Problems of development and harmonization of technical regulations. Forming a system of technical regulation of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space”

On April 20 Tolmachev V.A. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alliance Consulting Investment Group ACIG; A.Y.Kuzmichev, Director of Management Consulting Department, and A.S.Shipov, Deputy Director of Management Consulting Department, participated in the conference" Problems of development and harmonization systems of technical regulation. Creating a system of technical regulation of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space ",which was held in  the context of the annual Russian Business Week.

President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Nicolaevich Shokhin appealed  with his opening statement to the conference’s participants, saying that the discussion of harmonization of technical regulation system can help to work out many of the mechanisms of harmonization of regulatory framework. "Forming a Unified System of Technical Regulation – is  an essential clause for formation the common economic space of the three countries", - Shokhin said.
The speaker with a main expert report was Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Yurjevich Salamatov, telling about the problems of energy efficiency, standardization, coordination of technical regulation, the adoption and harmonization of technical regulations, voluntary certification system and  supply of the measuring system.

Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, Grigory Iosifovich Elkin spoke about the place and role of standards in the Customs Union.
During the discussion, the participants came to the conclusion that the development and harmonization of technical regulation system of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Belarus is the first step towards forming a system of technical regulation of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space.
