On February 16-18 the 9th Krasnoyarsk economic forum was held in Krasnoyarsk.
The 9th Krasnoyarsk economic forum was being held from 16 till 18 February under the slogan “The time for strategic initiatives”. The main topics of the Forum were the strategic initiatives, which are necessary for the country, and also the promising projects, development directions of Russia and its regions.
The key persons, participated in the work of the Forum, were Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Anton Siluyanov, Minister of Finance, and Viktor Tolokonsky, Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President in the Siberian Federal District.
The representatives of Administration of the RF President , Government of the RF, the key federal ministries, the regional and municipal authorities, which competence includes the realization of the federal updated programs and drafts, the representatives of development institutes and state corporations, realizing the innovative drafts, the leading experts, the scientists and the representatives of business.
During 3 days of the forum a number of the events was held, organized by the Strategy Initiatives agency, which were dedicated to the social, educational and economic spheres. The participants of the Forsayth-session “Competences- 2030”, where were discussed the issues of the labor market and modeling of the context of the future professions, emphasized some possible long-term trends of development of the requirements to the labor competence: individualization of the professional education, rapid development of biotechnologies and decrease of the quantity of the “brokers’” in making management decisions.
At the plenary discussion “Time of the strategy initiatives: what is necessary for Russia and its regions?”, in which Vladimir Mau, rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, took part, the issues of the state-public partner and all-round business support in the regions were raised. Moreover, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin took part in the meeting of the Public advisory council ASI. The participants of the conference discussed the draft “Safe gas”, as a result of which Prime Minister made a statement about the necessity of alteration in the state standards in the sphere of production and gas cylinders’ exploitation.
On February 17 the committee meeting on investments of Association of Innovative Regions of Russia" (AIRR) under the chairmanship of Andrej Gnezdilov, Deputy Governor of Krasnoyarsk region. The participants of the meeting discussed the offers of inter-regional cooperation’s development and preparation for the first investment area AIRR, which will be held on April 2012 in Kazan simultaneously with Kazan venture fair.
Investment area is held for the presentation of the regions’ drafts to the investors of different groups- development institutes and private funds.
This day at the exhibition “Investments, innovations, infrastructure. The drafts of future” Deputy Governor A. Gnezdilov and chief executive of the Association I.Bortnik presented the stand of AIRR, the distinguishing feature of which were 8 touch-screen panels (according to the participants-regions) and a large light-emitting diode screen, controllable with a separate touch-screen panel to the guests of the Forum and Mass Media.
This year one of the main economic events in Krasnoyarsk gathered 1,5 times more. As Chairman of Krasnoyarsk Region Government Victor Tomenko mentioned: “Two and a half thousand people came from 41 regions and 28 foreign countries. 25 largest Russian companies are presented at the exhibition. Infrastructure, innovations, development institutes, culture, education, investments and personnel problems were discussed in the 40 business meetings.”
