On May 14, 2012, the ACIG representatives took part Gaidar Readings

On May 14, 2012, Gaidar Readings devoted to the issues of micro-financing in the Russian Federation were held in Ulan-Ude. The readings were organized by Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and Yegor Gaidar Foundation.

Gaidar Readings on the most important problems of modern development regularly take place since 2010 both in Moscow and the regions.

President-Prime-minister of the Republic of Buryatia V. Nogovitsin, Rector of the RANEPA V. Mau, Executive Director of Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy S. Prikhodko, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of RUSNANO Y. Urinson, as well as the heads of the biggest micro-financial organizations of the Russian Federation, representatives from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy, interested agencies and organizations of the Republic of Buryatia and expert community took part in Gaidar Readings.

ACIG Manager partner A. Kuzmichev and Head of ACIG Public sector practice Aleksey Shipov were invited to take part in Gaidar Readings.

After the plenary meeting an agreement on cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Buryatia and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration was signed. A round table on “Problems and prospects of micro financial organizations development as exemplified in the Republic of Buryatia” was also organized within the Gaidar Readings framework.

The ACIG experts submitted proposals for enhancing efficiency of the Government of the Republic of Buryatia for successful implementation of the set tasks.
