The ACIG Group of Companies holds a series of expert and educational events within the framework of the Tatyana Zaslavskaya Symposium

The Member of the Board of the ACIG Group of Companies Aleksei Shipov presented a global project "Sustainable Future of Russia" – an efficient system of developing workforce capacity. It is aimed at attracting the promising young people that are ready to implement their own ideas for the sake of sustainable development of our country.

One of the initiatives of the project is the Contest of Research and Project Works of Students and Post-Graduates "Young Professionals for Sustainable Future of Russia".

The students of the Siberian Institute of Management were given an opportunity to get thoroughly familiar with the Contest, take part in the discussions on the topics of the Contest and to hear a lecture on organizational psychology.

The experts represented by the Member of the Board of the ACIG Group of Companies Aleksei Shipov, the Head of the Scientific and Research Laboratory for International Trade Studies at the RANEPA Alexander Knobel and the Head of Organizational Psychology Area of the Management Consulting Department of the ACIG Group of Companies Inga Belyaeva spoke of their own experience in the field of business-consulting through the examples of real organizations, of mistakes and right decisions, answered questions from the audience and gave practical recommendations and advices.

The Director of the Contest Aleksei Shipov thinks that it is necessary to evaluate the personal qualities and values of the person in the first place. "It makes up for 70-80% of success. Any good idea will remain just an idea if there is no person to make it come true," he noted

Inga Belyaeva told the audience how to avoid failures and painful disappointments while working on projects and implementing your ideas. "The most important thing is to realize, that a talented person is a person that knows what his strong points are and how to use them efficiently.

Some of the youngsters were already able to try themselves as managers of a small-business project and were able to share their own experience in this field. The students showed a lot of interest to the topic of the discussion, asked a lot of questions. Many of them already have interesting ideas regarding the themes offered within the framework of the Contest and are willing to participate.
